Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
Must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date and is subject to our approval. Requests beyond a 30-day period are not eligible.

Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund processing information will be given to you upon approval and in a timely manner. Please allow several business days for the refund to reflect into your allotted account.
Shipping Issues:
In the event of a shipping related issue (such as delay, misdelivery, or loss) Priority Peptides can reship your package 7 business days after the original scheduled delivery date, and once we receive confirmation from the shipping carrier regarding the status of your original order. We appreciate your understanding as we work with our shipping partners to ensure your order arrives as quickly and securely as possible.
Cancellations or Modifications:
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been shipped, and there may be delays caused by the carrier.
Priority Peptides is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
Weather, carrier issues, address inaccuracies, and other factors out of our control.
Please remember to always double-check your shipping address during checkout, then once again before placing your final order.
We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delivery Confirmation
If tracking shows your package as delivered but not received, contact the carrier.
We are happy to assist with filing a claim but are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
Please contact priorityresearchpep@gmail.com within 7 days of the listed delivery date to begin a claim for a missing shipment. If you have any further questions or concerns, our support team is here to help!
Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
